Applesauce Cake
Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Directions:
beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar. Beat until thick and lemon colored. Add applesauce, oil and water. Add dry ingredients. All walnuts.
Bake in greased cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
