Aunt Jo’s Cookies
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/2 cups flour
- grape jelly
- colored sprinkles
Directions:
Roll 1/4 inch thick - cut into rounds with glass. Bake on un-greased cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Dab of jelly on cookie, another on top to form sandwich. Roll edges in jelly, then sprinkles.
