Baked Apples With Raisins
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 4 Large Apples
- 4 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons apple juice, frozen concentrate
- 1 cup flour
Directions:
Core applies, leaving bottoms intact. Place apples in small baking dish. Fill apples with raisins, juice and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tender.
