Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup shallot
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Brown and flatten chicken.
Reduce shallot, broth and vinegar.
Add brown sugar and butter.
Add browned chicken.
