Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 sticks butter melted
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 egg fork beaten
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup blueberries fresh or thawed frozen
• 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• Crumb Topping
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Grease bottoms only of 12-cup muffin tin or use cupcake papers. Melt butter. Add sugar. Add eggs, baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly. Put one tablespoon flour in plastic bag with blueberries. Shake to coat, leave in bag. Add flour and milk alternately to bowl and mix thoroughly. Add blueberry pie filling and mix thoroughly. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 3/4’s of the way. Make crumb topping: Mix sugar and flour in small bowl. Add softened butter and cut in. Sprinkle on muffins and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
