Cheese, Bacon And Tomato Pie
Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust unbaked
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato sliced thin
- 3 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions:
Mix flour and onion. Sprinkle into unbaked pie crust. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce.
