Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 egg
- 2 tomato sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Directions:
Brown and drain beef and onions. Add salt and pepper. Spread into greased 10’ pie plate. Beat Bisquick, Milk and eggs until almost smooth. Pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes.
Cool five minutes.
