Cheesecake ala Annie
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cream cheese whipped
- 3 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream non-fat
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Mix last three ingredients for crust and pack into bottom of spring form pan.
Make filling:
Cream cheese; add sugar and cream; add eggs one at a time and mix well; add vanilla and sour cream and continue to blend until smooth. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 1 hour. Chill for at least 3 hours in refrigerator.
