Cherry Cheese Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup margarine melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 pounds cherry pie filling
Directions:
Combine crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of pan. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, milk and extract. Mix well and spread on crumbs. Sprinkle with nuts. Combine heavy cream and remaining sugar. Beat until Still and pour on top. Spread with pie filling. Refrigerate overnight.
