Cheesecake With Chocolate Chip
Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon flour
Directions:
combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly to bottom of 9” spring form pan. Beat cheese until fluffy. Add
condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour. Stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes. Turn oven off.
Cool in over with door open. Refrigerate.
