Coconut Custard Pie

Makes 12 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 pie crust unbaked

Directions:
mix eggs, salt and sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Add coconut and pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
