Coconut Custard Pie
Makes 12 servings.
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 can coconut
- 1 pie crust unbaked
Directions:
mix eggs, salt and sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Add coconut and pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
