Coconut Custard Pie (Blender)

Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 pound margarine
  • 1/2 cup bisquick® baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded coconut meat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes. Pour into 10’ greased pie plate or pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
