Frank Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound frankfurters
  • 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 green pepper cut into 16 pieces
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Cut frankfurters into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Drain Pineapple, reserve 2 tablespoons of juice. Combine juice, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan and cook slowly 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternately thread frankfurters, pineapple and green pepper on skewer. Brush kabobs with sauce. Grill 3 to 4 inches above coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally.
