Hot Dog Chili
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 rosemary sprigs dried
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon gravy master
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Simmer slowly until beef is cooked. Place in blender, turn on and off 5 or 6 times. Return to pan and continue to simmer until water is gone. Add 1/2 cup more water and continue to simmer until desired thickness.
