Mashed Potato Puff
Ingredients:
- 5 pounds potato mashed
- 1 tub Cream cheese with chives or
- Cream cheese with chives & onions
- 1 egg
Directions:
Add cream cheese to potatoes. Put in casserole dish at 350 degrees about 20 minutes until brown on top.
