Mushrooms In Sour Cream
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
sauté onions in butter until soft. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and heat through - do not boil.
