Pan Fried Steak
Ingredients:
- steak
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 14 ounces diced tomato and juice
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Pan fry steaks in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender.
