Peach Cheese Tart
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 peaches peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 egg
- 6 tablespoons sugar divided
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 pastry shell
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Roll and plate crust, chill. Arrange peaches in shell in spiral design. Combine cream cheese, almond extract, eggs and 4 tablespoons sugar. Beat, pour into shell. Brush peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
