Peach Crisp
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 pounds peaches peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Spread 2 tbls butter in bottom of 1 1/2 quart shallow baking pan. Arranges peaches in even layer. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in remaining butter with flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Press lightly with fork. Bake 375 degrees about 30-40 minutes.
