Pickled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle whole red beets with juice
- 1 bottle whole red beets drained
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 12 whole black peppercorns
- bay leaf
- 15 eggs hard boiled
Directions:
Put all ingredients in jar and refrigerate for 3 days or more. Make sure eggs are completely covered. Add water if necessary to cover eggs.
