Pickled Eggs 2

Makes 15 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 2 cans red beets whole
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 onion large and sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 10 peppercorns whole
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 15 eggs hard boiled

Directions:
Put two cans of red beet juice and one can of red beets into covered jar. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate for three days. Make sure all eggs are covered.
