Pickled Eggs 2
Makes 15 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans red beets whole
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 onion large and sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 10 peppercorns whole
- 2 bay leaf
- 15 eggs hard boiled
Directions:
Put two cans of red beet juice and one can of red beets into covered jar. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate for three days. Make sure all eggs are covered.
