Pistachio Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 envelope dream whip
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Frosting - beat 4 to 6 minutes until peaks form.
