Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- cinnamon
Directions:
Add vanilla and butter to cooked rice. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add cream, one can at a time. Add to rice and cook to just before the boil. Cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
