Rocky Road Candy
Makes 40 servings.
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 10 1/2 ounces miniature marshmallows
Directions:
melt chips, milk and butter in top of double boiler. remove from heat. in large bowl, blend peanuts and
marshmallows. add chocolate mixture. spread in or spoon by teaspoonful on waxed paper lined baking dish.
refrigerate for two hours.
