Sausage Rolls
Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1 pound sweet sausage
- provolone cheese
- Romano cheese
- Italian parsley
- 1 egg yolk
Directions:
unroll rolls and pinch perforations together to form two rectangles. remove sausage from casing and steam in
a little water for 20 minutes. cool and crumble. spread sausage over roll rectangles. sprinkle with grated
cheeses and chopped parsley. roll starting with long side. brush top with egg yolk beaten with a little water.
bake on un-greased cooking sheet at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
