Seafood Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans cream of Celery soup
  • 2 cans milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa thick and chunky
  • 11 ounces corn whole
  • 2 cups shrimp 2- 4oz cans cooked
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • scallion finely chopped
  • cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bacon and cheese in saucepan. Simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with bacon and cheese.
